BANQUET DINING

On this menu, you will find dishes prepared using traditional recipes from various regions of South Asia. We have also included some contemporary dishes that have been re-invented and evolved from old recipes from the kitchens of Maharajas and Nawaabs. Over the past few years, we have taken the opportunity to bring some very creative chefs from India, Nepal and Pakistan to collaborate and work along our kitchen team to extend our range of dishes. We recommend you try our tasting banquet menu, available for parties of 6 or more guests. It may be varied to suit your requirements, vegetarian options are available.
